Without the best ingredients we would be unable to remain true to our motto – “genuinely delicious”. The careful selection of suitable ingredients is essential if we are to meet our quality requirements. Be it organic wild Burlat cherries from the South of France or products from our own regional suppliers, we process only high-quality products that fulfil our exacting standards. For our creations in chocolate, for example, we use only the best couverture chocolate made by the world-renowned manufacturer Felchlin in the canton of Schwyz.
